Liana is the third foal from Cortez x Haymeron Park Ruby Jane, and the first non buckskin. She is a Foundation Morgan as both her Lippitt Dam and Western Working sire are classified as FoundationMorgans. Only 12.6% of Morgan mares registered since 2000 qualify for this elite title.
We have nicknamed this little girl Miss Congeniality!! Liana is a very sweet girl who wants to be with people. She has the prettiest Morgan head and is inquisitive, friendly and gentle
We feel she will be taller than her 14'3hh Mum at around 15hh. RJ (her dam) has already taught Liana to be independent at feed time. She is not allowed to bother RJ when she is eating, so Liana wanders off to amuse herself until Mum is ready. This trait of RJ's (as her Mother and Grandmother before her) makes for very confident kids.
